Ham & Asparagus Quiche

Let me make this perfectly clear: "Real Men" do eat quiche. 

5 eggs 
1/2 cup half & half cream 
1 cup diced Bryan Centerpiece Ham 
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup minced green onions 
1/4 cup minced parsley 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon white pepper 
One 9-inch pie shell 
10 cooked asparagus spears 
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. In a bowl beat together eggs and half & half cream. Stir in Bryan Centerpiece Ham, cheese, green onions, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into pie shell and arrange asparagus in a circle over egg mixture. Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. 
Yields 4 entree servings or 8 side servings.
